Weak stream with windshield squirters.... 200 1986

A few years ago, I upgraded to the dual squirters from the stock singles and liked the 4 stream pattern on the windshield. The past 6 months, I've noticed that the set points have been dropping lower and lower on the windshield, until last week, it would only reach about the bottom 2 inches of the windshield. I had a couple of spare pumps but nothing helped. I removed the supply hoses from the squirters and plenty of fluid came out of both of them. I then removed the squirters and soaked them in vinegar and flushed them out with a small syringe and they were flowing nicely. Putting it all back together.....it still had the same wimpy stream. An additional note, I had removed the oneway valves years ago when I replace the tubing with new. Could I have 3 bad pumps? I'd hate to buy a new one and still have the same issue.

Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
