Is it permissible to post the selling name of those who are attempting to sell Volvo parts on the big selling site, and who are using practices such as selling with no reserve price, yet when you are the high bidder, they refuse to sell the part because a reserve price has not been met? I would like a moderator to answer this one. I want to protect other potential bidders, and of course to get even with this mongrel.
