Cheers everyone, everything sounds pretty straight forward. I talked to my mechanic today when I picked up an oil filter. If i can't find the o.g. column stalk, I'll just get a suitable toggle switch for the dash. It all came out of a wagon so I'm pretty sure the rear shaft flange will mate to the dif flange in mine, i know the trans and front shaft flange mate no problem. If i can find some time it might all go in in August, looking forward to having an overdrive in the wagon.

C.
