frankly, i could not answer my daughter (940x2) with real confidence this morning when she asked me how do i jump start my car without causing damage to my cars electrical system or the other cars.

for the 240/740/940 volvo is there a link or definitive ABC i can email her on how to jump start without making more trouble?

the search feature here, for me, was less than conclusive
