i know, i should know but i do not! 200

i have read here i think that having the donor car running can over load the donors alternator and sometimes send surges through the sick car and damage other components in the jump process.

i am at a loss as i have done jumping many times with no trouble but i think asking is there an always safe way to do it is what she =was asking me and i could not give her that answer.
