Rough running when cool. S90-V90 1998

Group:
Last winter my '98 S90 started running rough when it was cold. As the engine warmed up it smoothed out. As the weather warmed up, it has not improved. Still rough starting in a 68 F morning. It is getting worse. The sterring wheel vibrates!

It has no codes and the independent mechanic with a computer system can find nothing wrong. I suspect it might be the water temp sensor that reports to the ECU, but that is just a guess.

Anyone want to offer a cause?

Thanks in advance,

-- S' V'
