Estimate of repair for a friend, please 200 1989

Young man dating the daughter did not take care of his moms 240 very well. Ran hot, resulting in blown head gasket - plus the flame trap was so clogged the seals are shot bad - front and back

Anyone care to give a low and high for parts and resurfacing the head to take care of this? Labor would be on me. The tranny would be dropped at a shop, as I do not want to try and help with that.

I could add it up at FCP Groton, but I figured a more experienced mechanic who may have been here might have a better figure considering the pitfalls I might run into.

Thanks for your help.
