rear axle swap 700 1991

I have a 3.73 1041 rear axle from a 93 945T that I am thinking about swapping into my 91 740 that currently has a 4.10.

I don't know if this makes a difference but my 91 740 does not have ABS. Also, will I have any issues with the speedo and if so what do I need to do in order to make it work?
