I set it more by ear when I was playing with them a while ago, my 142 had a factory tach and I just set it more or less where it sounded and idled nice and smooth to what i was used to with the 142. So no i don't know if its completely accurate, but at 900 rpm's on the tach its pretty close enough.

I got it at Princess Auto which is a Canadian chain. I don't think they have any chains in the U.S.
