METAL Heater Control Valve

Finally after much frustration of brittle failed plastic control valves (some were even brand new and snapped while putting the hose on); I have found one made out of all metal. It was on a trip to my local PnP and searching through various cars that I came across this little gem. The car was a 1973 Ford LTD. I looked on Autozones website to check if new replacements were available and still of the same same construction and they are! Here is the link

Its a little pricier than our oem standbys but well worth the peace of mind knowing that theres one less part to fail and overheat your car.
