I got this on eBay -- it also provides two holders for the rear passengers as well. But realize that it's not as good as you might think -- the holders aren't very deep, so if the cup is tall, it may not be very stable.

But if you want one, just do a search, and save it -- one will show up eventually for which eBay will automatically notify you, and you can bid on it (that's what I did).
