Signs that you need to clean your throttle body... 200

When you start your car, and it idles normal and steady (which in my case is out of the ordinary), then the RPMs start to shoot up on their own, with out pressing the accelerator... 2k, 3k, 4k.... and I turned her off. After moving the pedal around a bit, I started her back up, and she was back to her old ways...
