Should I replace my radiator? 200 1982

It isn't very hot where you live and your AC is not used very often. If you drove your car down south where I live, that ancient radiator would show you how plugged-up those thin tubes really are.In fact, that will keep an antique rad from leaking, hard calcified crud.

New all metal radiators are not expensive, about 100USD,so you should replace it for peace of mind and improved reserve cooling capacity.
