1996 960 Air Conditioning intermittent 900 1996

a/c in 960 is intermittent. it blows cold air but only for a few minutes or less. you can hear it running but no air is comming out of the vents no matter if the setting is on auto, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. it seems that the faster you drive the longer it runs but it will only blow cold air maybe 2 minutes.
