98 V90 Headlight relay

I have a 1998 V90 and the headlights sometimes do not come on after you
start the car. I know that when you first turn on the ignition that the headlights come on and while cranking they go out and after cranking they should come back on.

So my question is there a relay that works the headlights and if so where is it and otherwise do you have any suggestions?
