new shocks and struts - how much of a difference will i see? 200

hello,

i'm contemplating new shocks and struts on my 90 240 as the car rattles and clunks over bumpy roads.

the car has about 260 000 km and i don't know if they've ever been changed.

how much of a difference will i get from new shocks and struts? i plan on using sachs

i also plan on changing a front right rear control arm bushing as well.
