95 940 With Pulsair, Non-Turbo. Speed Surges Slightly At Constant Throttle 900 1995

The surging is every few seconds and is noticeable with or without the cruise control. It isn't much (my wife doesn't notice it), but to me it is noticeable. I have had many 740s and 940s with Regina and never had this problem. The acceleration seems to be holding back a little too compared to the other cars and then suddenly go.

The car was in storage for several years with a full tank of gas and stabilizer and was started every few months. It has 68K on it. I have driven the car the last two summers and have noticed the problem both years but not before although I can't be sure. The old gas with stabilizer has been used up and a fresh fill is in the car.

Any ideas? Thank you!
