Stranded on road trip! No start, no turn over, no clicking, full battery 200 1989

Hi brickboarders, bear with me as I am entering this from my cell phone. My car won't start. Battery is full of juice. I cleaned the terminals, checked the 20 amp fuse and all the fuses in the cabin. The car acts like I am not even turning. The ignition (I'm thinking the ignition switch.) It doesn't try to turn over, the solanoid doesn't click. My GPS powers up fine, the lights and radio allwork. Despit this we even tried to jump it, nothing. I checked the wiring to the starter and it looks ok, I'm trying to get an electric meter.thinking the ignitionsmitch or the park/neutral switch in the shifter. I tried starting while moving the shifter around, nothing. Is there any way to get around the ignition switch for a temp fix? Any help is appreciated. Thanks,

Stranded Ryan
