Sometimes my car starts with 30secs to 1min of engine shaking 200 1989

This usually happens after the car has been sitting over night. After firing the engine, it will shake though not violently, and I notice that the shake will lessen when I apply pressure to the gas pedal. I do this gently since it's the first start-up of the day. The thing is that this stsrt-up shake does not happen consistently. I have noticed that in mornings it may happen, yet also sometimes when I leave for work in the afternoon when it's sunny and hot the shake will happen too. I'm thinking that I may need to clean the throttle body, which I've never done before. I'm not sure if that will help. The shake rarely ever comes back after subsequent start-ups in the day. How bad can this be on the engine mounts?
