Help - Poor idle; poor acceleration; missing 700

Hi again,

Others explained the damper slipping plus Lots of info in the brick faqs and search engine.
Where you say the engine is running rough,
check each plug for a bright white spark,
look at the plugs for clues (wet/dry/carbon whatever)
Did you use platinum plugs? They run lousy. NGK BP6ES copper plugs are suggested by the Brickboard experts
Try a compression test.
You can put nr 1 piston at TDC and look at the Nr 1 cam lobes roughly pointing
10 and 2 O'clock to confirm timing... maybe the damper was no good when that
timing belt was changed last time and the cam timing is out?
You say 45K on the timing belt, so a new one is due soon.
