I had a compressor go on me a few months ago, so I replaced my Compressor and Evap Canister along with all of the o-rings and the expansion valve. Oil levels are good, and the system is clean. When I started recharging the system the compressor never turned on, and the pressure reads in the red zone. I jumped the pressure switch.. the compressor won't turn on. I even applied 12v directly to the compressor via battery terminal with no results. I can't see what could be going on here? Bad ground? I didn't vacuum the system... which I know will hinder cooling ability, but I thought it would still work. Thanks in advance.
