Intermittent Fuel System Issue 900 1994

So the other day all of a sudden my car started cutting out.
It started just a little after I filled up at a Texaco down the street so I'm wondering if it wasn't just some bad gas with water or sediment in it or if it's a fuel system issue. I ran some Lucas through it and it was working fine for a few days and then today it started cutting out again. The fuel filter is pretty new so I'm leaning towards fuel pump, I also checked to make sure the regulator and fuel rail and hoses look ok. I was wondering if there was anything else I should check while I was at it. I put some Heet in it tonight to see if that helps in case it was an issue with water somehow getting in my fuel.
