940 GL-Auto-1995 - Queries 900 1995

Hi There,
Pls kindly assist me on this case.

1. Spareparts
I made search on the web and there's alot of site whereby they do supply parts to US country and NOT to ASIA market.
Is there any web links or supplier available outside of US. The reason being here, the price of Volvo spareparts, in my country is extremely expensive eventhought you do compare with currency rate.
You'd rather go for outside of country for parts which serve much cheaper and stand better quality.

2. Oxygen Sensor
Is there any tools we can use to detect the status of this devices. Whether its stays healtheir or dying?

3. OBD
I remember for those older models of 940's, which uses type of LED to detect for fault code. Is there anyway, we can use alternative such OBDII; use the software version instead the manual ways.
This because most of time the code cant be interpret correctly, have to redo more than few times to get one problem code.In another word, more intervetion require.

Please guide me thru on this. Perhaps giving me right links for detailing where I can some useful infor will be good.
