VIN Decoding? 120-130

There is nothing specific in the data plate codes relating to brakes...

If you have a 120 series car, odds are the brake booster was added after it left the factory. There are some exception but the vast majority of US (it looks like you are in the States) delivery cars were simple single circuit brake systems. What year is your car?

The old parts manuals (all scanned in at www.gcp.se but that site is under going a rebuild for the next few days) have different equipment detailed out and it has all the exceptions and changes over the years (broken down by serial numbers)
