140 hood

Hey, Chris.

Good to hear from you. The 850 sits behind the house, unregistered. It might be (one of my many, many) summertime projects. In fact, I tried to start it this morning -- dead battery.

Gave our old '91 740 (300K plus miles) to daughter and friends for the demolition derby (wife has driven that way for years and the cars show it). So I picked up a clean low mileage '93 940 as an interim car for her, $2500. We went to the Adirondacks last week on vacation, almost 1000 miles r/t, 940 was flawless, very comfortable, almost 29 mpg.

Sold my two very rusty P1800ESs to Don Thibault as parts cars.... sad to see them go....

Yep, still teaching tech writing, business communication, and desktop publishing. Doesn't pay much but it's very rewarding. And after this next semester, I'll qualify for the university (state) medical insurance plans. (Something about nine out of ten consecutive semesters, yada yada credit hours... blah, blah, union language.)

Do you need a 140 hood? How about a good B230F motor? Maybe an '82 B21F motor with low miles?

Keep smiling!

Don
