Brakes lock up on all calipers when hot outside 700 1989

I have an '89 740 Turbo Intercooler. When the weather outside gets above 30 C. I feel the ABS control module rumble through my brake foot then the pedal gets rock hard and my brakes start sticking on and not releasing until you sit for about an hour and the underhood temp starts to go down. Any ideas? Faulty ABS module maybe? I flushed the brake system with DOT 4 last week thinking that there might be something in the module that might be making it stick (didn't work obviously)
