what size bolts for catalytic converter flange 200 1990

I have to replace one or more bolts /stud that connect the down pipe to catalytic converter on my 1990 240 I hope to be able to screw new ones back on the threaded hole in the flange of the cat if same is not destroyed.

Would any one know what size and what type of thread I will be dealing with.
I suppose it is some metric size. I may have to redo the thread in the hole as there is a lot of rust and things may be seized in there.
Is it the same size and thread as the studs fastening the downpipe to the exhaust manifold
