Air Pump Diagram/Layout for 96 960 900

Hello Everybody! Nice to meet you all! I have just purchased my first Volvo, and it's a joy to drive...but I found something odd today. I was looking at the Air Pump assembly, and BTW it works, but it looks like the mounting bushings are broken, and there are two hoses that attach to it. One goes to the SAS valve, but the one in the rear goes nowhere. In fact, the end of it looks like it has either melted off or has shattered *has big jagged edges*, and right above the battery, there is a white plastic plug in the fender. I have a feeling something is missing here. Looks just like the drivers side, but just the reverse. was there an airbox for the pump here or something? Also, there is a big relay that is ziptied close by. Where is it supposed to go? If someone has a bit of advice, it would be a big help. Thanks!
