Engine dies, then restarts 200 1992

The '92 has had three recent episodes where it dies about a minute after starting, then restarts without a problem. Any thoughts?

It has about 115k miles, new plugs/rotor/cap/wires/fuel filter/flame trap about a year ago. Other than this issue the car runs fine, averages about 25mpg in combined driving.

An aside - heard an exhaust leak, found out it was the bell connector on the catalytic converter inlet pipe. At the top the pipe had split. The pipe is very thin where this happened, but luckily the neighbor will be able to mig weld it today.
