Heavy shuddering while braking from high speed, new rotors already 900 1992

This heavy shuddering is driving me nuts, my 92-960 sedan wants to break apart while I am pressing the brakes from above 40 mph, not at lower speeds.
I thought one of the rotors was warped, I replaced the 4 of them, rear and front, and also the pads....but NOTHING changed, I also cleaned the calipers and everything while replacing the rotors, but the vibration still kills me, there was no improvement at all.
I also replaced all the front suspension rubber bushings that were already worn out, the ball joints and the tie rods do not seem to have a play, they look solid.
What else could it be?....the calipers maybe? if so, how would I know which one is bad? I wouldn't like to replace them all.

Please help, thanks a lot.
