'75 242 Gas Tank Recall Number?

After searching the archives it would appear that as recently as 2004-2005 VOA was still willing to honor the recall bulletin that replaced the gas tank in '75 240's. What I didn't find was any reference to the actual Volvo bulletin number.

I have a gem of a car (’75 242, w/ 45,000) that could use a new tank if this recall is still available.

Does anyone, that has had this work done, have the actual Volvo bulletin number?
