towing 240 with autotrans 200 1991

am now the proud owner of a 1991 240 wagon. i have to tow it to its new home. because of where the car is sitting in the driveway i will have the front wheels on the tow dolly & AT in neutral, would this be harmful to the transmission for the 20 mile trip? I could move it a short distance(1/2 mile) then back it onto the dolly but dont want to do extra work if not necessary. this is my first volvo and i cannot explain my attraction to the 240's but i love they way they look, rest of my family think i'm nuts and possibly having mid-life crisis. am sure i will have many more questions in the future as my new car needs much work. thanks in advance to all and thanks to those who maintain this great web site.
