Euro turn signal lenses 200

Good evening fellow Bricksters! A quick question for the wise board participants!
I've been trolling EBay and have seen those great looking two tone front turn signal lenses for sale recently. In the print of the ad, it states "will not fit USA lamps" anybody know what the difference is? Are the european turn signal housings that much different? If anybody has had experience here, please let me know. Regards, Greg
