bleeding brakes 700 1987

i have replaced the right front caliper, and after reading how to bleed the caliper can someone please tell me what to do and how to do it. I don't understand how to bleed the Bendix duel piston calipers, from what I read the lower bleeder is not used at all, is this the case? If so why is their two lines going to the caliper? I have replaced the pads before on this car and have always wanted to know how this system works now i need to know.
What i get out of the information it to start on the LF RF LF RR, did I get it right only use the top bleeder on the fronts??
