Replaced RPM/RSR and still a weird click.. 700

Ok so I replaced the RPM sensor and RSR with new and there is still a weird clicking sound. It is coming from the flywheel under the alternator. It seems like the inside of the pulley stops spinning then starts and that's the click. When it does this, the engine RPMs dip just a little. I am pretty sure I am working with a 8 valve 230F type engine. I have been getting a lot of great help from you guys so far, and would appreciate a little more. Thanks!
