Start Problem in Heat 200 1992

Ok in my 1992 240 2.3L and recently in the hot 80+ Degree weather I have been having starting issues.

1. Sitting overnight and in the sun for 10 to 12 hours , first time starting, it cranks but no fire.

2. I take the key out and wait about one minute, don't want to overhear starter motor

3. 2nd Attempt starts then immediately stalls

4. Key out and wait for another 30 seconds to a minute

5. 3rd Attempt starts runs, great idle. Acts like nothing happens.

I have changed the fuel pump relay once, It is better than it was before. I want to know what is the cause. I suspect it is the main fuel pump by the left rear wheel or is it the one in the gas tank?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
