stereo access code 200 1987

I did that already here in the Philippines and provided the serial/model numbers of the stereo. It was not even a Volvo dealer (Volvo don't have dealers here), I was talking directly to the Parts Manager of the Volvo distributorship. He claims that Sweden does not return his inquiries and constant follow-ups.

I even asked a friend to do the same in the US, in California specifically. The Volvo dealer my friend spoke talked said that I shouls show proof of ownership of the vehicle and provide the VIN.

All attempts made proved to be futile. All I want is just to restore my 240 in its original condition.
