What's the Value of an actual 262 GL? 200

Lucky (or unlucky) me! I just wanted to find a decent 242 manual with or without a turbo and what do I find? - a 1976 262 GL auto. I didn't even know there was such a thing. (No, I am not confusing it with the Bertone 262C.) Turns out they are quite rare with only 3329 made and sent worldwide with only "some" produced specifically for two years for the US market.

So if I get this thing back on the road is it really worth anything? Its apparent from my very short time as a member that these V6's were not great motors and the auto trans were not any better. I would consider making it a manual but is the motor going to jerk me around regardless of which gearbox? And there would be no point be in transplanting a 4 cylinder into it if its so uncommon.

Save it? (there's no rust at least)

Should I take a picture and move on?

OR...?
