Coolant Issue Question 900 1996

Hi Guys,
It seems I have a coolant question. When I purchased my 960, the selling dealer put in some "stop leak", and he said there were no leaks, but I found a bad upper hose later on. He says the sealer is "good for the car", which is BS. So now, I have a radiator and engine full of this brown soupy crap. It is running cool, even in this TX heat, but it worries me anyway. How long is it safe to leave this stuff in there? Will it clog my heater core or engine water jacket? I understand that this engine should have Volvo blue coolant #C? I think the stuff has been in there close to a month now. Any advice? Dealer wants 130.00 to flush the system.
