Front seat webbing-back cushion 120-130

I got a set of 122 headrest that I'm presently installing in my '65 122 seats. So I have one of the seat backs apart, and noticed it had webbing like what's under the bottom cushion, which is also in bad shape as the bottoms.

Have anyone replaced the back cushion webbing? Any tricks? Will it improve the cushion support?
