master cylinder Q 120-130

My chassis # (060334) and type # (223441 M) indicate a '67 (wagon). And I ordered a pre69 master cylinder, which arrived as a single circuit. But my car has a dual circuit. This is my first Volvo and I did think to check that out ahead of time. But no sweat; I can deal with it.

Except that pictures of the later dual master cylinder have a horizontal bolt pattern and my car has the vertical one, just like the single circuit ones.

I looked at some photos from some of the parts places and all the duals I see have the horizontal pattern (even 140s, 160s, 200s, etc - checked those since this car is turning out to be a frankenstein)

It has a Volvo reservoir with number 578091 on it, if that helps anyone.

I don't know that it's bad, but while I am replacing all the other brake components, I wanted to get this done too, especially since the car's been sitting for awhile.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Richard
