LEAD Pipe? 120-130

Thanks,

Is "lead" pipe the technical term for this part, or part of the alloy metal that the pipe is made of?

I've had bad luck with exhaust places so far... Right now I've got a kluged up mess of differing pipes all tack-welded together in the shoddiest fashion. The pipe in question hangs way down under the car at a bad angle and you can see it hanging low from a distance. It annoys me to no end. I should have said something the first time I had that work done, but I didn't know enough at the time

So... yah... I want to avoid the crap-tastic tack-welding shite altogether. I'd like all bolt-together components from the header assembly on back.

How much would a "lead" pipe direct from Volvo run me? Would the still carry these?

Also... can anybody in the Portland-OR metro area recommend a decent shop for this work?

Thanks!
