Finished my fuel filter, but I'm having an issue 200

Fuel filter is now replaced. The small line between the pump and filter was kinked pretty bad, and the gas that came out of the filter was just... ugly. Now I have a little more pep. 60 mph comes a bit sooner, and I don't have any hesitation from a stop or from a roll. Onto my new little problem.

After driving about 20 minutes yesterday, I was idling through the parking lot at work, and the engine was just burbling at around 400 rpm's give or take 100. I gave her some gas, and it just dropped back down. It was kind of surging, bouncing almost.

This is only after driving a little while, in the morning she starts and idles fine. I did change the vacuum hose on the FPR recently because it was old and cracked. My throttle body is clean and the TPS adjustment is spot on. I have an exhaust leak, before the O2 sensor in the header pipe, but it never did this before I changed the fuel filter. The AMM is relatively new too. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Justin
