Bought a 1971 1800E for $800 today 1800 1971

It runs well for being parked a long time. I'm going to get some new gas in there before I run it. It still has the b20 with fuel injection and the engine compartment is relatively clean, so that's good.
Paint job was done by a first timer so wet sanding it won't help. It has runs and bubbles from where the paint is coming up. It just has some surface rust where the paint bubbled and cracked. It looks like cancer from a distance, but it's just bubbled paint which is good.
Thanks for the model info. This is really my first dealings with the 1800. I've always liked them, but just bought this because of the price really.
I have to get my duett running first before I even touch the 1800.
Thanks for the help.
