ABS light on at startup S90-V90 1998

looking for a few clues as to why my ABS light has decided to stay on.
The light does not go out after start. I do not touch the brakes or move the car.
I have ohm'd the wiring from the wheel p/u coils and they give me a reading. All that tells me really is the the circuit is complete or not shorted to ground. I tested the fronts in the eng comp connector and the rear i checked in the trunk connector.
