Replacement Engine 120-130 1968

So the question is--what kind of oil pressure are you showing? If it isn't abnormally high, chances are the sender is either defective or of a poor design. They aren't very expensive to begin with so the margin for design/manufacturing tolerances are slim. See if Car Quest will back up the product and give another unit a try. Be careful not to overtighten the replacement-maybe the housing got distorted.
