240 wagon rear cargo cover - installation 200

My car does not nor did it ever have the 3rd seat. The locater discs mount just behind (leading edge is 1/2" behind) the rear (second) seat latch pad. The disc on the driver's side mounts about 10 degrees behind vertical, or at about the 11 o'clock position. The passenger side will be clocked at the one o'clock position. The rear hooks mount on the flat pillar for the rear door, and are on a level plane with the mount discs. The shade indexes into the discs, and when it is extended, the hooks hold the shade open. You just give a tug on the shade and lift it out of the hooks to allow it to retract. Don't just turn it loose, but keep it in your hand as it retracts. Releasing it can break the tang on the spring, and the shade will be ruined.

You should have 2 discs with the rectangular slots. Two hooks, and six screws. You will need to drill the body of the car to accept the brackets.

I tried to call you tonight, but got no answer. I can take photos for you if you wish. You can reach me at 352-978-1708

The shade will not interfere with the belt retractors for the second seat, but I can't tell you about the third row.

Bill
