This photo is from the outside, or tire/wheel side of the hub/bearing assembly.

Anyone know that the plastic thing is and what I should do with it?

And, sorry for two posts, but I could not get the Brickboard bulletin board to upload photos for me. It has worked in the past, but not this time.
