Code breaking dilema

So, I keep getting codes 2.3.1 1.1.3 1.2.3 from a check engine light that came on all of a sudden. I've changed the fuel filter and that seemed to help a little, but then the light came back on. I've heard the injectors work one by one (they've just been replaced) Where should I look? I've also noticed a slightly higher idle.

these are:

2.3.1-Fuel system compensating for rich or lean mixture at cruise
1,1,3-Fault in fuel injectors
1,2,3-Fault in coolant temperature sensor
