Always check the tranny mount ... 700 1989

My 89 760 for the last 6 months or so has been off and on acting like it had a bad u-joint. Felt just like it did one time before on a 740 I had.
Bought new u-joints and went to an indie Volvo shop and had one u-joint replaced ...160.00 (yep, high priced indie shop).
Well, it kept it up off and on, till it got so bad continually - I looked - and the tranny mount was collapsed all the way. 20.00 and about 45 minutes later all is well.
Next time I will look at the tranny mount closer.
